How to customize and order*
Only few measurements required to customize a tray.
· Capacity: for regular bottles, we suggest 50 bottles maximum for weight and footprint considerations · Bottle diameter: must be precise! · Length: from bottom to neck · Desired top clearance: from top of hole plate to bottle neck: may be critical if you’re capping with the tray · Desired center to center hole spacing (or capping head diameter): may be critical for capping with the tray as well · Tray overall dimensions if relevant

Modular bottling trays
Enhance productivity and appearance with professional bottling trays. Crystal clarity, heavy gage construction, easy to clean and anti-slip rubber feet for greater stability. All trays are assembled with fine brushed 304 stainless steel spacers for hygiene and durability. Rubbers are PG/VG resistant. Modular design allows to change holes plates and save on spacers and bottom plate: when a bottle type is no more used, only the holes plate (as long as spacer height and holes spacing fits). Can be easily customized for your particular needs. Unique model numbers assigned for interchangeability. Odd shapes holes possible. See picture below for typical construction.

Slender bottle tray
This model is required when one hole plate can’t ensure bottles stability. May be required when bottle length is greater than 2.5 times the diameter. |
Stub bottle tray
Used with vertically stable bottles.
Addition of 3D printed inserts is possible. |
